Cass Business School has one of the largest finance faculties in Europe, and its careers service has a pool of over 3,000 high calibre students looking for employment.

The challenge

We were asked to create a fast, accurate and easy-to-use recruitment campaign to greatly reduce the time and energy Cass were spending on their 'hand picked CV' approach.

The work

We delivered an exciting online campaign built around the concept of offering bespoke candidates, perfectly suited to employers' needs. A unique, flexible and powerful live search system narrows down the recruitment process to any given criteria.

The results

An incredible 9,900% increase in recruiters registering on the site and requesting information.
